Way of Earth โ€” The Path of Clay

Clay does not tolerate abstraction. It registers the exact pressure of the hand, the temperature of the skin, the hesitation before the gesture. The Way of Earth is a structured transmission path grounded in the discipline of raw clay sculpture โ€” a progressive encounter with matter as a mirror of inner states, where the asymmetry of the form and the memory of the fire become conditions of truth rather than accidents of process.

Rooted in the confluence of anthroposophical formal analysis, secular mindfulness, and the Mingei tradition of the English and Japanese masters, this path guides the practitioner from the first contact with raw earth through the complete mastery of the sculptural cycle. Each stage demands full presence: the material does not forgive distraction, and it is precisely in this uncompromising quality that its transformative power resides.

A vertical lineage of transmission, conducted in person at the Milan Atelier. The path begins with a first introductory session โ€” an open encounter with the material, with no prior commitment required.
