Training for positive thinking requires commitment and diligence. Exactly how to train muscles in the gym. Imagine not having done more movement for years, decide to go to the gym. The first time it will be hard, as well as the second and third, then slowly the body learns and the muscles train. Training in positive thinking is the same thing, but it is not about the muscles, but rather about the capacity of the soul. After all, the benefits of positive thinking are known to all, but the difficulty lies in learning the method and the tools. But this ability can be learned. It consists mainly in looking for a positive aspect in what happens. Then it becomes easier over time. Positive thinking is connected with the positive attitude about changes, the flow of vitality, with movement, with the ability to play and have fun, with a sense of humor. Cultivating these aspects improves the health of thinking as a whole. As a waterfall positive thinking  will improve all aspects of life. Start the day by reading something you like, watching funny videos gives the impression to the hours that will follow. Making positive thinking a priority is fun and helps you live better, ti live a life filled with joy.
