Early morning is my moment. It’s the time when everything seems suspended in silence. With its impeccable ritual, the warm coffee permeating the air, and the sky tinged with pale rose hues, it’s as if I’m poised between two worlds, in a state of auroral consciousness.
Setting the alarm clock 10 minutes before others is a deliberate gesture, an act of self-compassion that grants me a moment of intimacy with myself. In this tranquil moment, I can delve into my deepest self, feeling the beat of my heart and the whirl of my ideas coming to life. It hasn’t always been like this, and I’m not even a ‘morning person’
And as I sip my coffee, I watch the sky slowly brighten and listen to the first sounds of the approaching day. It’s an experience of pure awareness, a moment where I can perceive the beauty of the world around me and the richness of my emotions.
Meditation becomes my silent companion in this morning dance. Through the practice of meditation, I can center my mind and prepare myself to face the day ahead. It’s an opportunity to set aside worries and tumultuous thoughts and embrace with serenity all that the day has to offer.
This moment of reflection and calm becomes my compass for the entire day. It’s from here that I draw inspiration for my actions, decisions, and creations. It’s the moment where I set intentions for the day and connect with my most authentic creativity.
And so, as the pace of the day accelerates and chaos begins to emerge, I carry with me the tranquility and balance that I found in the early hours of the morning. It’s a precious gift that accompanies me along my creative journey and supports me through the challenges I’ll encounter along the way.
Early mornings and meditation thus become two fundamental pillars of my creative life. They are an anchor of stability in a constantly evolving world, a beacon that guides me through the turbulent waters of daily life.
And so, as the sun rises on the horizon and a new day dawns, I prepare to embrace every challenge and opportunity with grace and awareness. Because I know that, regardless of what the day may bring, I have found my balance in the silence and peace of the early morning.
