During the holidays you have more time to devote to themselves, at least in appearance, in fact, the family gathered becomes a voracious gods in search of tributes by the various components, the sacrifices do not seem to quench the thirst for attention, the dynamics remain there exactly where we had left in the name of work and lulled by the soporific routine. The nodes, as they say, come home to roost. For this, however, there are analysts, therapists, elite professionals, Bach flowers and everything else. My job instead is to keep alive the creativity, the artistic vision even in moments subtly considered saving as the much awaited holidays. The children are of course all day, animated by an incredible desire to do something, explore, tell, involved, jumping, zompettare … husbands pull the plug, you spread on any horizontal surface, cot, lawn, beach, stone and surprisingly become deaf, blind, deprived of the five senses less “one.” The only state of trance fact is interrupted by moments of Call of the Wild, the call of nature the female has no peace ….. So, I decided to carve out a place somewhere within the rainbow to keep the vision alive artistic. The rainbow is a beautiful picture, full of ideas ranging from the Wizard of Oz to the symbolism of the number 7, number par excellence representing the artistic process. 7 colors, 7 notes, 7 days, 7 see you, you will find many things that have the 7 and contain within themselves the ability to evolve, grow, be transformed. So somewhere inside the rainbow I thought of setting up a corner for themselves. The possibility of transformation requires an application and a will, metamorphosis means staying on the crossroads lines, strengths and danger points, get out of the comfort zone and challenge their fears. Eventually a shower of renewal will come to light again. How do artististico process a practice? How to keep it alive?

Article 7 process steps:
The vacuum sacred. E ‘you need to break down prejudices, questioning the clichés, make room. Many things you say and that you think are the result of hearsay, no real conviction. Unhook this burden, allowing space for the vacuum can breathe. To silence the judgment.
Metamorphosis. Everything flows, everything is in constant motion, before one understands this simple fact, before you can align with that part of us that want to grow, evolve, transform.

Search. Research as a practice for life, try new things, what they like, what interests you, what excites, explore, read, study, broaden horizons, experience, enroll in courses, making beginners. Create a safe space (at the cooking class, photography, dance etc) where afford the error, the error is the foundation for growth.
Space. Carve out a physical space in the house, albeit a shelf, a shelf, a table, a meter sacred picture. This space must be preserved, it corresponds to your part artistic / creative. In this square meter put objects of your hobby, what amuses you, you like, gives you happiness. It will be an ever evolving space and always in chaos.
Fun. It ‘important to have fun, to laugh, to have self-irony and humor. Find movies that put the good mood, companies with whom to spend moments of joy, do things that give happiness, buy dvd that make people laugh, to cultivate a sense of humor and ability to laugh at themselves.
To be. Be now. Each day allow yourself to be who you have become. Accept your change. If you loved the mountain in recent years and now the sea, you are right that change has brought you to be.
