Creativity and energetic vampires

Vampires and creativity
Vampires and Creativity

Creativity is a fundamental part of our existence, when we feel good everything happens easily, we have many ideas, life is bright and we wake up happy in the morning; creativity is part of us, and if there was a thermometer to measure it, we could evaluate our state of health. The reasons why we lose the creative drive can be many, but my experience teaches me that the main reason for which we lose creative momentum is the presence of negative people who absorb energy, they are vampires. They are relatives, friends, spouses, perhaps apparently motivated by the best intentions, the result does not change, fatigue, lack of inspiration are the consequence of having an energetic vampire close. The best thing to detach is to realize it, then carve out a space to recharge and finally do not take the long speeches that makes us. Yes, because the energetic vampire loves to talk, stay close to us and finally when he goes away he is recharged and he leaves us on the ground. So I invite you to find your space to start reloading and if you are in Milan I plan two workshops a watercolor and a ceramic workshop.
Spending a peaceful day among people who share the pleasure of creating is an antidote to energetic vampires and a source of energy for the soul. Have you noticed that vampires never create anything with their hands?
