Today as a metropolitan Lama I propose an Art coaching about creativity, to preserve the creative capital that exists in each of us, especially in those who do creative work. Being productive is a social imperative, being tired and admitting it is a must in the world of work, equivalent to The Scarlet Letter. The competition is very high in all areas, you turn around and the colleague has made you shoes, so it is also in the world of work with a high rate of creativity. So what can you do? Normally we tend to move forward despite signs of fatigue, despite the lack of ideas, we go on, we grind our teeth. It is instead important to listen, to feel the sense of tiredness when there is. How to feel the lack of ideas when there is no inspiration. Creativity has its own rhythm, as day and night alternate, so moments of weariness come to remind us that a pause is needed. You must not make comparisons with colleagues, with those around you. Priorities must be reviewed. At the center should be placed the individual with their own rhythms, and this includes the tiredness and the concept of rest. In this way the energy is recharged and you can go back to work more loads. Rhythm is the basis of health, it is important to preserve it. An art coaching can help, the artistic process in fact is like a melody with its own rhythm, coming into contact with the artistic process it puts back into motion what has stopped. The emptiness, the stasis, the pause is part of a Whole that must be preserved. Creativity is like a living organism.
